We currently only accept orders within the USA for plushies, yarns and other physical items. However, all of our patterns and tutorials are available for purchase worldwide.
No, they do not have an expiration.
Yarn orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the following business day. Please keep in mind that during holidays, shipping carriers may require an additional day or two for delivery.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once the package has been shipped. Please check your spam folder, as emails may occasionally be redirected there. Once a package has been shipped, we no longer have control over it. It is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure the package arrives at its destination. If you experience any delays or issues with your package, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance or file a search request through their website.
By purchasing their own copy, students will also have access to the video tutorial for additional support. This way, they can either follow along with the PDF to recreate the plushie or use the video to guide them.
