Yes, all of our plushies are washable.
Will they stretch?
Our plushies are knitted tightly. To keep them in the best shape, we highly recommend following the proper washing instructions.
What's inside the plushie?
We stuff our plushies with hypoallergenic poly-Fil fiber fill.

Is this okay for babies?
Yes, but adult supervision is required. Please ensure that babies and young children are not left unattended when the products are in use or within reach.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We currently only accept orders within the USA for plushies, yarns and other physical items. However, all of our patterns and tutorials are available for purchase worldwide.
Do the pdf pattern and video tutorial expire?
No, they do not have an expiration.
How long will it take to receive my yarn order?
Yarn orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the following business day. Please keep in mind that during holidays, shipping carriers may require an additional day or two for delivery.
Tracking your shipment and resolving issues
