Angel of Comfort
If you feel called to help, we’d love to have you with us.
Every stitch is a hug, every angel a reminder that they’re not alone.
Please read all the details in the form.

What Is the Angels of Comfort Mission?
Angels of Comfort is a handknitting collective community mission created to bring love, hope, and healing to families experiencing deep loss.
This mission gathers handkintters from across the country to create and donate soft, handmade angel plushies to those mourning a loss, especially families affected by the recent flash floods in Kerrville and other parts of Central Texas, including the loved ones of the young girls from Camp Mystic.
Each plushie is more than just a toy, it's a symbol of comfort and compassion, a reminder that even in the darkest moments, they are not alone. Wheter made by hand or supported through donations, each angel carries the love and prayers of a community that cares deeply.

When this mission began, we didn’t have all the answers, only a deep knowing that we needed to answer God’s calling by bringing comfort to grieving families through angels handknitted with love, prayer, and care.
There have been many moments of prayer and tears, trusting that God would make a way. And slowly, He is. Doors are opening, families are being reached, and every step is guided.
We’re grateful to share that one of our Angels of Comfort community members @bgsblanketsandco recently spoke with the Cross Timbers Gazette about this mission.
Please take a moment to read the article and share it so we can reach the families of those who lost their lives in the recent Texas floods. Let them know we’ve made Angels of Comfort especially for them, a small reminder that they are not alone.
